About

WEATHER STATIONS

Almost any meteorological sensor can be measured by our dataloggers, allowing stations to be customized for each site. Typical sensors used on our stations include, but are not limited to: wind speed, wind direction, solar radiation, delta temperature (SRDT), air temperature, water temperature, soil temperature, relative humidity, precipitation, and barometric pressure. In some locations, hydrological sensors provide additional measurements, such as water quality of a nearby stream.

AIR QUALITY AND POLLUTION

Air quality and pollution nowadays are one of the most important problems. Air pollution has different sources: stationary sources, such as factories, power plants, dry cleaners; mobile sources, such as cars, trucks, planes, and natural sources, such as volcanic eruptions. Data acquisition systems based on WiseLogger allow continuous monitoring of air quality. Userfriendly interface of the logger’s software allows to set data acquisition rate according to needs of the system.

WATER LEVEL AND FLOW

The surface water level is usually measured with a vertical stand-pipe installed adjacent to a pond, lake, or other water reservoirs. Water flow most often is measured using weirs or flumes built across an open channel. In both measurements pressure transducers, ultrasonic and resistive tape sensors are used. WiseLogger universal analog channels allow accurate data acquisition from the mentioned list of sensors.
Besides data acquisition for measurement of water level and flow logger can be configured to sound alarms, open valves, by using digital outputs. WiseLogger features various digital outputs to allow control of different actuators.
